Performance Characteristics

The F Series Gear Motors, K Series Gear Motors, and R Series Gear Motors are compact yet powerful, delivering high torque despite their small size. Designed and manufactured on a modular combination system, these gear motors offer a wide range of motor combinations, mounting configurations, and structural options. The finely graded transmission ratios allow them to meet diverse operating conditions, achieving seamless electromechanical integration.

Notably, the F, K, and R series gear reducers employ a modular unit design, significantly reducing both the variety of parts and inventory levels, which in turn shortens delivery times. With high transmission efficiency, low energy consumption, and excellent overall performance, these gear motors stand out in their class.

The gear motors feature a high-rigidity cast iron housing with ribbed reinforcement, and the gears are made from high-quality alloy steel. The gears undergo a carburizing and quenching hardening process, followed by precision grinding, ensuring smooth transmission, low noise, high load capacity, low temperature rise, and long service life.

Due to their versatility, these products are widely used in fields such as lifting equipment, light industry, escalators, automated storage equipment, construction machinery, steel and metallurgy, papermaking, wood panel machinery, automobile manufacturing, tobacco machinery, water conservation, printing and packaging, pharmaceuticals, textiles, construction materials, logistics, feed machinery, and environmental protection.

Before shipping, these gear reducers do not contain oil. It is recommended to add N220 medium-pressure industrial gear oil before use.
