1. Consistent Hole Center Distance
   • All clamp plates have a standard two-hole center distance of 80 mm.
2. Specified A Values
   • The A value varies depending on the rail type:
     • 38 kg/m rails: A=90 mm
     • 43 kg/m rails: A=90 mm
     • QU80 rails: A=100 mm
     • QU100 rails: A=105 mm
     • QU120 rails: A=115 mm
3. Secure Rail Fixation
   • When fixing rails with clamp plates, the plates must be in close contact with the rail.
   • Weld the connection between the clamp plate and the base plate only after the rail is properly adjusted.
   • Before welding, tighten the bolts to press the rail firmly. After welding, inspect each clamp to ensure no looseness occurs.
